A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
READY IN MINUTES

When we designed JawlineMe™ we were very careful that our product would be super simple to use. Right after you pick it up you can start exercising. But if you feel that it doesn't fit your teeth comfortably, you can simply mould the JawlineMe™ trainer after your teeth!

Here is a quick guide on how to do it:

#1 Boil to Fit

When you boil the product, you are suppose to put the whole product in the boiling water. Only have it there for maximum 10 seconds, preferably 8. Then rinse the product from the hot water.

#2 Adjust to Teeth

After you've boiled the product for 8-10 seconds and rinsed the hot access water, place the product on your teeth and gently press down on the white bite strips to mould them for the most comfortable fit.

#3 Exercise

Then you are good to go! Please follow our Recommended Workout Scheme to get the best results and reduce the risk of injury.

#4 Measure Results

Before you start we suggest that you take a picture of yourself with clear lightning. Then after 4-8 weeks+ of frequently exercising with JawlineMe™ take a new picture and see if you've made some progress.

Most people spend hours upon hours of training their body, so why shouldn't you exercise your face!?

THE MASSETER MUSCLE
WIDEN YOUR JAW

Exercising with JawlineMe™ will activate your muscles in both your face and neck. The two main muscles however are the Masseter Muscle & the Temporalis Muscle, which are highligted in the image below.

Putting these muscles through frequent training will make your face more defined and give you a more chiseled look. Your facial muscles work like any other muscles in your body. With enough training, rest and nutrients they will in time grow and develop.

THREE RESISTANCES
FOR BEST RESULTS

JawlineMe™ has three different levels that each come with different resistances.

Blue Level 1 - 40 Pounds of Resistance
Red Level 2 - 50 Pounds of Reistance
Black Level 3 - 60 Pounds of Resistance

The reason why we have made three different resistances is quite simple. Your facial muscles are not used to this kind of training. So we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you start with our Blue Level 1 to reduce the risk of injury, warm up your muscles and also achieve the best results possible.

With all three levels in your hand, you can also do supersets and drop sets for an absolute killer work out, but this is only if you are really advanced.
